I was the parent, the volunteer, and the person fixing the spreadsheet.
ChalkItUp started because competition day kept falling back on the same tools: spreadsheet formulas, manual checks, and too much pressure on the people doing the work.
I knew that if I could make the setup cleaner and the scoring simpler, clubs could run better events without needing extra technical help. So I built the thing I wanted to use myself.
What began as a fix for one club became something other clubs asked for too. That told me the problem wasn't local — it was shared across the sport.
I couldn't find a modern, affordable scoring system, so I built one. Every feature comes from real competition-day experience.
The goal is simple: less time wrestling with spreadsheets and more time running a great competition.
If you need help, you're talking directly to me. No ticket queues, no layers of support staff.
Modern competition software shouldn't cost a fortune. ChalkItUp is designed to be accessible to clubs of all sizes.
